- Twice awarded the Cooper Scholarship for academic excellence in philosophy at Somerville College, Oxford.
- Awarded the Daphne Robinson Special Project Grant, to pursue studies in Chinese philosophy.
- Attainted 3 A*s at A-Level (GCE) in Maths, Further Maths, English Literature and D1 in Pre-U Mandarin Chinese (full marks for the speaking component).
- Attained 10 A*s and an A at GCSE level.
- Extensive experience of teaching various subjects, and extensive knowledge of the philosophy curricula including GCSE, GCE and IB.
